After-Sales Notifications:
1. We offer 3 months warranty for cartridges and 6 months warranty for batteries. If the product is defective, please notify us within 3 days of delivery.
2. All the products are strictly checked before packing, ensure the defective rate is less than 1%.
We have 6 strict QC processes including:
Raw materials QC; IPQC (In Process QC On Patrol); LQC (Line QC); Aging Test QC (Before our batteries are going to FQC, 100% products will go through a 24 hours aging test QC.); FQC (Final Product QC); OQC (Output QC Before Shipping)
3. Buyer is responsible for the shipping of return and seller is responsible for the shipping of resenting replacements.
4. In case any defective occurred during transportation or by improper use, we will send you replacements in your next order. In case the defective is over 1%,all the defective products should be returned for replacements.

1. Sample Order: Within 1 working day
2. Wholesale Orders: 3 working days for small order, 5~7 working days for bulk orders with no customers logo

Sample order is welcome to test our quality and service. We provide samples for free but shipping cost not include.
